Vista Paint

"What an amazing experience! I had to get some touch-up paint for a townhome I'm selling that was painted with Vista paint. I figured since that's what the unit was built with that I would go back to the source for his perfect of a match as possible. When I walked in with a chip I had cut off the drywall, I noticed there was no one working in the store. Only one guy behind the counter and he looked really busy with a lot of tinting orders on the floor. Anyways when I approached him he said it would be difficult to do it while I waited and I needed it for the next day so that was disappointing. I started talking with him and explaining to him what I had and what I thought the builder said the color was and he looked at it and said that doesn't seem right. And besides that's production paint that's not quite the same as their retail product. Anyways, the more we talked, the more he looked at it. I mentioned that I build and work for many latex paint companies manufacturing facilities and he seemed interested in what I was saying. Anyways, one thing led to another and he decided to stop what he was working on and take care of the small order that I had and tint a quart for me. I was amazed at the computer analysis result but Alex, that was his name, studied the result and said, "no it's still off a little", and adjusted the tinting. He did that two more times. The chip I brought in that he was putting dabs on and drying was so perfect that I had to take a pen and Mark a little arrow pointing at where his finished dab was because it was indistinguishable from the sample chip I brought. I've never seen someone do such a great job and care so much for such a small sale. Alex is an absolute asset to Vista Paint. It's very rare that you meet anyone who truly loves what they do and cares so deeply about the customers experience and the quality of the product going out the door. I'm won over by Vista Paint Moreno Valley! I understand. Alex has been in the industry for over 20 years and worked at several manufacturers stores and multiple Vista Paint stores. Today he made the difference for me at Moreno Valley. No telling where he'll show up next, I guess. But for me I was happy I worked with him today! :-)"

"Everyone knew what to do and was excellent at their job. I was helped out to the car with my paint. My only complaint is that I wasn't acknowledged when I came in the store. I don't need a canned welcome to the store, just a glance or a nod would have been nice."
