"The air conditioning went out while we were there but before that we were never able to get the temperature below 75 on the main level. Outside temperature was around 85 so it wasn't too much for the unit to handle. The service guys that came found several issues and did what they could but even though it started working, it still didn't ever get below 75. We had the maximum occupancy so there was no option to relocate everyone to the basement to sleep. THANK YOU to Jessie with the Summit rental company that made every effort to get someone out and understood how upsetting it was to have hot, exhausted babies that couldn't sleep. The freezer of the main fridge wasn't staying cold enough. The fish sticks for the kids started to thaw and we were worried about safety there. The pictures are somewhat misleading in the spaciousness. We really enjoyed the pool table and arcade games since the basement was cooler, but they were in the way of each other. The best loved feature by the little ones was the zip line. That was a nice feature. The knives are all very, very dull. The knife sharpener actually further dulled the knives we used it on. It certainly made it a chore to prepare our meals. The driveway is also very steep so we had to drive up the hill and turn around to come back down so we wouldn't scrape our hitch on our vehicle."
