Our Ambrose building on 4th Avenue N near Church St. and Printer’s Alley features sixteen lofts with 1 and 2 bedrooms, while our Bettye building on Union Street near 4th Avenue N houses two 3 bedroom lofts. Book both Bettye A and B lofts to accommodate up to 20 guests and enjoy an entire building to yourselves! Both locations are conveniently located within walking distance to all of downtown Nashville.

"Spent 3 nights over Halloween weekend and had a great time! Loft was exactly as pictured, everything worked as it should, has comfy beds, lots of room for 4-6 people. MCL communication was perfect before, during and after our stay. Loved the keypad security on the building and loft door. Has a great little bar in the basement (accessible from the inside stairs or direct from Printers Alley) which should get more mentions in the loft listings. Still a 5 star experience and will stay here again… however, although we watched the cleaner Swiffer the floors, they could use a deep cleaning and for almost $100 a night cleaning fee we don’t mind collecting our garbage in the unit but do not feel that we should have to bring it to the dumpster in the basement."
"This is the perfect spot to call home when you visit Nashville! So central to Broadway, printers alley and great restaurants! This is our second year here and we will be back! Also, October has the perfect weather for Nashville!!"
"Specific to my recent 3 night stay in Loft 301 - Great location just a short distance from Broadway. Nice building and secure access. The loft itself was sparsely decorated and needs a good cleaning! The floors throughout were filthy to the point where your feet were black if you went barefoot. The inside of the microwave had food particles not wiped clean. Although a queen bed in the spare bedroom, the comforter is, twin sized and the bed was oddly made with the top sheet tucked across the sides of the bed and not top to bottom, which made it too short to cover upper body."
