"I asked for four inches off the length of my hair and the lady cut off at LEAST six inches. Not only does my hair not look the way I wanted it to, but I feel like she didn't listen to or care about what I asked for and just did what she wanted. I really regret coming here. I feel so violated. I asked this woman to keep as much length as possible and instead she cuts off half my hair. It was like she didn’t even care about what I said and did whatever she wanted. The photo below is what I got when I asked for SIDE SWEPT BANGS."
