"I had a bad customer service experience with PJS. They took my sink and faucet to build a bathroom vanity top/backsplash for me. When I went to put in the faucet after the vanity top installation, the knob hit the backsplash so you couldn't get full temperature range. When I complained, the text response back I got was, "That's the closest I could bring the sink to the front edge. So you'll have to change the faucet." There was no apology, no attempt to remedy the situation. Nor was there an attempt during the construction to come up with another solution, or to notify me that the faucet would not work. It left me feeling angry and frustrated."

"They did a fabulous job with our new counter tops and back splash. The product was quarzite & they matched the counter top veins in the stone to the back splash. They were very accommodating when we had to suddenly cancel the install due to some electrical issues. Their installers were very efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them."
