"We had the entire home's floor done with Cortona Plus waterproof vinyl planks and it looks beautiful! It was convenient that they were able to remove, replace, and paint all the baseboards and they did an amazing job customizing a "trap door" that leads to under the house. I was concerned about how the stairs would turn out, but it looks fantastic! The final touches such as the trims were all done with precision--sometimes this is where the workmanship gets sloppy--but this is where you can tell that Silmar knows what they are doing! The team showed up on time and completed the job in about a week. We did however have separation of some planks after a few months, but they came out right away to assess and fix the problem. It turns out there was a defect of the product but they were dedicated in resolving the problem and have guaranteed that they will continue to take care of things if any more problems arise in the future. Working with a local family- owned business where everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive has been a much more positive experience than working with any chain store we have dealt with in the past!"
