"The install of our LVP was just completed by Kevin. We were VERY pleased with his excellent workmanship! Kevin meticulously installed the LVP, linking the new portion to the first portion we had done by The Floor Store in our dinning and kitchen, office areas. Kevin installed our new baseboard with care and they look GREAT! The business we have done with The Floor Store Team was spot on professional and fun from the start. The day we walked into their showroom and were met with a plethora of carpeting, LVP, et al samples. We had been to other flooring suppliers, but for us, The Floor Store had the selection we liked. Our salesperson, Gordon, was very helpful and courteous. We also worked with Chris, manager, and Laurie. Simply put, flooring purchases are a big investment. Go with the pros and you will be very pleased with the professional care you get with The Floor Store."

"UPDATE May 26, 2022: after several weeks (and some further lies) the flooring was ultimately completed. Updating review to 3 stars since at the end of the day they did eventually install very nice flooring that seems like it is going to last for a long time. But not 4 or 5 stars since we had to go several months with a yawning open pit in our house that (thank god!) nobody fell down due to pretty gross incompetence in communication and coordination and escalation to regional management that only happened after we started posting grouchy reviews. UPDATE April 18, 2022: Updating my prior 2 star review to a 1 star review ~3 weeks later. After my prior review on April 2nd, the regional manager called me and assured us they'd promptly get things sorted out and a final install completed timely. The store manager came out in person to take photographs and verify material needs. We were personally assured that the material would be present by April 11 and an install was likely for the 12th or worst case the 13th. Of course we got an email late on April 10th that actually the material wasn't present and that the actually-final install would be delayed. Today is the 18th. An installer arrived this morning, looked at the unfinished job, and promptly stated that he didn't have the needed material handy. For clarity for those reading: we kicked off this job September 6, 2021, 224 days ago, and our flooring is not only still incomplete but we have no credible ETA for when it will be finished. ------ ORIGINAL REVIEW April 2, 2022: Let's start with the plus side: a very nice show room with good quality products and friendly salespeople. Now with that out of the way, let's walk you through what our installation has been like: - salesman stopped regularly returning our phone calls after purchase - installation rescheduled four times, delaying our project well over a month, and then left incomplete (attached picture shows how they "completed" the install two days ago) We've had to reschedule our stair contractor four times since they can't do their work without completed flooring and it's looking like this weekend we are going to have to reschedule them a fifth time. I'm surprised the stairs folks haven't fired us as a customer yet. If you have a project with any kind of a timing dependency you cannot rely on these guys, however nice their materials are."

"After 18 months my beautiful new flooring has turned BLUE! The Floor Store sold me COREtec LVP flooring meant for a cave. Because in less than 18 months wherever the sun hit the floor it turned BLUE. After 6 months of going back and forth and getting the run around with my claim I was told “too bad we don’t cover UV damage”. Supposedly they haven't heard of Implied Warranty of Merchantability. They even tried blaming the installer for some reason.Unbelievable! The Floor Store and COREtec have ruined my remodel! The Floor Store doesn’t stand behind the products they’re selling. I expected more from a "National Flooring Alliance" member. Bragging about Diamond Certification, that's a joke! Now I'm being told "do what you got to do, sue us". ZERO customer service!"
