"Getting good customer service is always a plus, but it doesn't really happen here. I've RELUCTANTLY come here to purchase truckloads of material from them, because they're the only ones in town that carry it, or because they're more competitive on price than anyone else. If you go to the store recognizing that it happens slower here than normal, but you'll probably get the best price in the area, it takes some of the sting away. ALSO, come AFTER the rush has gotten through, and you might get serviced quicker."

"yeah , agree that this place got horrible customer service, they won't inform you if anything goes wrong. place one order and waited for ages and they will have excuses after excuses but still no one seems to be responsible for the mistake they made."

"Horrible Customer service. Do not recommend. Called multiple times, and have been treated extremely rudely. Look at Yelp reviews. Many customers complain about their rudeness as well. Recommend other suppliers (Lyngso, Peninsula Building Materials, Granite Rock). They have been professional unlike the staff here,"
