"I really thought this place was going to crush the competition when they branched out and took over the MTech CTK, but somehow management seems to have just employed twice as many people in order to achieve half as much customer service. What's up with all the benchstock being under lock and key? Pacific Ace Hardware doesn't even do that, and yet their employees know where to find each fastener!"

"I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and the service has been fairly decent. The servers are friendly most of the time. The only reason I can’t give a 5 star review is because the wait times are really long. I suggest you bring a chair while you wait in line. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant. Bantering with the other individuals in line help pass the time. I highly suggest that the store partner up with door dash as a way to remedy long wait times and long lines."

"Great place to get tools, if you have an hour and a half to spend in line. Almost always guaranteed to get the tool you ask for from the semi knowledgeable people behind the counter. Would give five stars but the hours and turnover times are terrible."
