"Came in and bought a $5.00 stud finder didn’t work as well so I came in trying to exchange it not return it but exchange it. The cashier called a lady over didn’t get her name but I’m guessing she was a Manager didn’t bother to look at the receipt I had just purchased it less then 30 minutes ago. she was super rude saying she won’t be able to take it back due to the packing being ripped. I asked her to point at the return policy on the receipt where it stated ripped packaged items couldn’t be returned and she went on saying it wasn’t her policy but the stores policy. I myself run a retail store and customers always come in with open packaging we either return the item no questions asked or we let customers know when final sale items that can’t be returned. I took the time to take a look at your return policy and nowhere does it list that you have the right to refuse a return if the packaging is ripped. That lady does not need to be working retail instead of trying to find a solution for your customers she seems to escalate the issue further. I’d advise to get her better training on customer service she got so mad about the issue she finally said to just return it and walked away huffing and puffing."

"I purchased a solar floodlight here for about $20. I failed to notice that there was no written material with it, like a manual, and there was no brand name on it. I called Outdoor Supply to see if it could tell me the brand name so I could possibly find an online manual or any instructions. I gave the SKU number on my receipt, but no one there could find such a number. I was told to bring the item back to the store (it's 35 miles from my home). After the call I saw that there was no SKU number on the product. I'm wondering where the SKU number on the receipt came from."

"Well stocked & helpful sales people! Now open in the former Orchard Supply Hardware location, the new OSH is a great shopping experience. Wide aisles, lots of inventory, great nursery & plenty of helpful staff. I’m happy the store is open again. Can’t wait for my next visit!"
