"Great customer service by knowledgeable employees. I know nothing about paint and have been intimidated in the past when going to the large retailers. The staff at Paint Works was friendly, listened to my needs and pointed me in the right direction for what kind of paint I needed and what accessories I needed to buy in order to properly apply it. I showed up almost at closing time, when I asked when the paint would be ready they said tomorrow 7AM, they kept their promise and the paint was ready. Prices are very competitive, especially for St. Helena."

"Friendly staff. Funny experience. Was informed I was given paint for someone else's after I Drove away. I come back to get the "correct" ones and I get to jobsite and I start painting, there is no tint in the paint. I then come back for the second time and get the real one. Last time I was here, they ran out of semi gloss. Bathroom painting on hold. Lol"
