Fastenal Fulfillment Center - Appointment Only

"I went in there to get a set pin and a nut. As I walked in 2 guys were at the counter, one with dark glasses and a balding/bald head in his late 30's or 40's asked what can I do for you. I said I need a couple things and it's better if I showed you... At this point I can already see he's irritated. I pull the two items out of my pocket and show him. He goes to me, "I don't know what that is", "how am I supposed to help you if I don't know what it is and this other thing, you just want 1 nut?!?" He didn't ask me what it was he straight up told me that he couldn't help. At this point obviously I explain what it is and where it's from. He goes to me "you won't find anything like that around here it's foolish to try". He wastes my time by telling me to contact the manufacturer and see if they'll send me the parts, good grief, I guess he thinks that the manufacturer makes their own pins and nuts instead of sourcing them. Anyway, I said I'm not going to deal with this bad employee or patron his store and went down the road to the closest hardware store, Friedman Bros and within 30 minutes without help I picked up the parts I needed."
