Abby and her remarkable team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine care for the dogs are truly commendable. One of the highlights of our visit was the consistent updates provided by the team. It was incredibly reassuring to receive updates that not only informed me of how much fun my dogs were having but also highlighted the attention to my dogs' energy levels. Knowing that they were so engaged and interactive throughout their stay, to the point of being pleasantly tuckered out by the end of the day, spoke volumes about the quality of interaction and activity they received. The facility's use of cameras is a brilliant touch, allowing pet parents like myself to catch glimpses of our dogs' adventures throughout the day. Moreover, the pictures shared on their Facebook page are a delightful bonus, showcasing the joy and care experienced by all the dogs under their roof. It's evident that Abby and her team are not just providing a service but are creating a loving and fun environment for the dogs. The care and dedication exhibited by everyone at Hounds Town East Nashville are truly remarkable. "Hounds town (and Dru, specifically) have all been angels about working with me and my very nutty dog. My dog can be very sweet some days and some days he decides he is going to growl and lunge and jump and nip at anyone who approaches his mom (he’s very protective.) Hounds Town helped us come up with a solution to help lower his anxiety during drop offs so he can just mosey on in like a normal dog!!! So blessed to have these guys on my side so I can have someone watch my dog while I go to work."
