"The El chato Taco Truck is hands down one of the best spots to visit if you're in Los Angeles and hungry for tacos burritos or quesadillas. Family owned and run the Abuelita is still running the show and works the Grill every weekend night. Prices are very affordable with tacos costing $2.50 and burritos starting at $11 to $12. PRO TIP: ask for potatoes when picking up your order and DON'T FORGET TO TIP."

"This is a hard one. El Chatos has flavor like no other and I try to get it when I see they are open, but I don't remember them being so tiny. The tacos are small, like extra small. A bite. So 2.25 for a delicious bite, maybe two bites. It's questionable. I still go for it knowing I was a lot of flavor and not much to each. The prices are what hurt this review really. This truck is more than good, but when it cost me 8 bucks for cheese quesadilla, nothing else on it, a bit not worth it. So love the food, prices could be fixed even with inflation. This is a personal opinion, it's a war inside me too. Not easy to say the prices when each bite feels like a taste of heaven, but I can't be broke and that's what tacos do best."

"I traveled to Cali from NYC to help a friend move back during the pandemic and took the chance to try the best places for tacos in LA. It took 3 tries to catch these guys at there designated area but was well worth all the money spent on cabs. First off New York needs some major help, because the food scene in LA blows my mind. Its amazingly diverse. El Chatos tacos were exceptional... truly. Served as an amazing bonding experience for me and my buddy prior to our cross country road trip. Mind you hes not a foodie and not the most adventurist eater, but found himself loving the head meat taco. Check them out because they are serving up special eats."
