"My garage door broke. I called Precision Door and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. Completed the repair quickly. No issues. They did a great job. Highly reccommend."
"They're ok, but we didn't end up using them. Not as organized, it seems, and ommunication stopped after being sent initial quotes. Most companies follow up, but nothing from these guys at all. So, on to another contractor I go in search of good communication, pricing, and availability, which seems to be lacking everywhere these days. Very weird business environment, post pandemic. After reading other negative reviews here and thinking about my interaction with the sales guy, they KIND of reminded me of a really pushy crawl space company we dealt with that turned out to be more like a time share company then a service contractor. Super expensive and slick talking salesman. Precision isn't that bad, but oddly that's the vibe I got after not hearing back from them anymore and thinking about my interaction with them from the start. Oddly poor communication seems to be a theme with garage door companies, though."
