"Having my initial Heat pump installed in 2000 by Tommy Shankle was the best decision I could have made. 20 plus years later I am having a new unit put in, but knowing Tommy was no longer with us gave me pause. I'd like to report the integrity, honesty and desire to do the best job possible is still very much imbedded in the company by the new owner, Austin. He came out and tweaked the unit enoungh to get me through these next very very cold nights but should he not have been able to find a short term solution I am aware he would have found an alternate form of heating for me... This goes beyond what is expected. I look forward to having the new unit installed and will give an update to my review."
