"I called at about 6:00 the morning my heat went out and left a meaaage on the after hours recording. I waited until the office was open and called to get an estimate of what time if any that somebody could come out and diagnose the problem. I was told they would be right out. They quickly diagnosed the problem and went to Jackson to get the part needed to get my heat going again and they returned to put the part on and I had heat by the end of the day. This was way better than I had hoped for. I appreciate the friendly voice on the phone, Jennifer Scarborough, who made me feel well taken care of and as always, I appreciate the technicians who will come out any day, any hour to get our heating or cooling running again. It was so cold that day. Thank you all so much!"
