First and foremost people have jobs stop blowing up their phone harassing them when you left a message the first time. Second find another career cause 9/10 your not going to get paid people know how things work once it’s a charge off. Nothing but a scam to try to scare you out your money with a bunch of unwanted harassing calls while you’re at work. BLOCKED!!!"

"Got a call from a scam number today so I didn’t answer it. Checked my voicemail and it was Rosa at extension 2321 saying I needed to call back immediately because the matter was important. Called back and was immediately asked to provide personal information, when I asked what the matter was regarding they gave me no information without me having to provide personal information. I refused Rosa hung up. Trash business practices with trash employees who need an attitude check."

"Allegedly had a bill go into collections, were unable to provide me any info as to who the debt was owed to or anything. Both people I talked to were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I was told "Well I don't know what to tell you, I'm not telling you anything until you verify". Your calls come up as spam risk on my phone, how am I supposed to trust that you're actually a legitimate company, paired with the fact that there is little to nothing online about you all other than negative reviews and a poorly put together website. All together a terrible experience."

"Unbelievably unprofessional, rude, assistant that answers calls loves to get immediately aggressive, her and legal assistant are you all condescending, like to make threats and intimidations and refuse to treat you like a human being. I have had nothing but a negative experiences and interactions. I was hung up on by the assistant, told to quit crying when upset over an unexpected charge was sent to collections. They are cold hearted and rude and offer absolutely no assistance or guidance in handling a situation, I couldn’t even get a statement sent to me, when I asked for one I was told it was ordered and hung up on. Got another call yesterday, explained my apartment flooded over the weekend in the KNOWN FLOODING of over 1,000 houses and that o was displaced and didn’t have access to the apartment yet. Secretary accused me of not having my card to which I said ma’am I don’t even have shoes and she hung up on me. Insensitive and inhumane care about one thing only $$$$$ in the wake of the pandemic last year and all everyone has gone through in Nashville alone, it’s sad that there are still businesses out there that treat people with such disregard and disrespect and so dehumanizing. Lots of reports here say they are a scam, and I wouldn’t be surprised one bit, this company does not care about anything but money and will pull the dirtiest moves and try to make you feel like a worthless animal, condescending, heartless, and should not be able to claim to practice “law” because that would require an oath to human dignity, truth, respect for the law which at their essence, they have a blatant disregard for your human rights."
