Gina the customer service rep behind the counter was rude seems she didnt have the time to even listen to what I needed. I was going ask about lumber prices for 275 ' of fence I need to build as well as my home improvements. I refuse to do business with bad attitudes. Ill take my business to Eureka."
"They're not very polite and don't have everything you'd need from a real hardware store. Need hardware go to Ace down the street. Need a good deal on lumber might as well drive in to Eureka. The employees are much more helpful at either place."
