Left message only to call back cause never heard back. Reception told me he didn’t have time to take on her case. That was her words. Just very cold in my book. But I guess that’s a sign he wasn’t right person for her. Just think wording could’ve been alot better. Like, “ Mr.Stevens asked me to call you already I just haven’t yet. But due to his case load he just doesn’t feel he could give you the time needed. Or Mr Stevens isn’t able to take on your case our condolences for your loss.” Something instead of he said he don’t have time. Just wow!"
