"Alex Nunez has been my agent for over five years. Both him and his team are outstanding. Insurance isn’t what any of us want to deal with so they do it for us. Whether it was making sure my teen drivers were covered (and not) when they were coming back and forth in and out of state for college (saving us a ton of money by suspending coverage when they were not driving) or just paying our bills, this team handles it all. I never have to call them. They call me, take my information over the phone, and make sure all of our needs are met. When I had an accident, not only were they compassionate, they were professional. I have switched all the insurance I can over to this group not just for the rates (which were lower than the competition and why I originally went with them) but because of the outstanding service they provide. I don’t write a lot of reviews but when people are that good at what they do, they deserve some recognition for their work.
