"I am waiting for a package that I was supposed to get over a week ago. I can understand due to the weather they say everyday I'm going to get to the package. I've been to the Nashville facility. They promised me I'd get it that day and then I went to the Mt. Juliet I don't have it it's been 9 days. They have very poor customer service as well"

"I was told my package was sent back here for pickup because the driver was unable to deliver it three days in a row due to the business being closed. DAY 1: left a note on the door about needing a signature. I'll guve them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I didn't hear him knocking while I was in the shop. I signed the note releasing the package for drop off the next day. DAY 2: I worked the whole day in a front office and the driver never came up to the door or left the package I had signed for on the slip. DAY 3: We have 10 people working in the front of our office all day and still no one comes. MAYBE IF THEY HAD GOTTEN OUT OF THEIR TRUCK THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN THE NOTE OR THE PEOPLE INSIDE THE "CLOSED" BUSINESS?!"
