"Marcus Lipham does not have your best interest in mind it’s all about the money and then once you’re sentenced he will not file an appeal for you. He wouldn’t even return a phone call after payment. For 2 years he didn’t even respond back then at the sentencing he refused to take the deal that was offered by the DA and wouldn’t allow my friend to take the 15@30 percent. Please find a Better Lawyer for your peace of mind or you will be behind bars. We have been searching for almost a year for new counsel"

"Would not recommend at all. Soon as they get their money its hard to get them to do anything they say they would do. They act like you are bothering them when you call and the staff is as rude as they can be. Takes several times to even talk to anyone. My final court date my lawyer didn't even stay till the end and left me hanging on the final step. If they say we'll call you back don't count on it. Service depends on size of their fee."
