Only reason for the 4 stars is if I have to go in it seems it's always a longer wait than I prefer but these days everyone is short handed."

"Went to renew my policy at this location today. Rather than the Lexington office which is my usual. Ended up being much longer than an hour, entirely too long for a simple renewal. Absolutely hate the parking here, in a small and crowded lot, but the place was clean and the clerk was nice enough. Didn't take pictures this visit because it's just a vast one room space."

"I have been a Direct customer for a year now and recently began paying my monthly payment at the S. Highland office. Both ladies in this office have always been friendly and helpful but this month i had a "renewal issue of titanic proportions" that required much more than a smiling face. I couldn't have been more grateful when Amber Henderson proved to be knowledgeable, patient and professional, in addition to friendly. She worked a miracle to correct a disaster ,i unknowingly created, while explaining the entire process, in terms that i understood. Amber really went above and beyond to correct my mistake, to make sure i understood how to avoid finding myself in this situation in the future and to ensure that I remain a loyal Direct customer.
