"This location has gotten terrible. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT for your Amazon return drop offs . They 'lose' if not take the no box required returns. My receipt has been the only thing that has saved me to show Amazon that I did actually drop the return and get my refund from them regardless of Amazon never receiving the item back. Also if you take in the QR code for no-box require returns , they will attempt to force you to let them print the label and then try to charge you the printing fee / paper charge per label! Its worth driving over to the Brentwood UPS location. They even have self-serve QR returns there."
