"Horrible service, I stopped in hoping to get an estimate for 3 boot refreshings for my husband and a sole repair on a pair of my favorite wedges. The owner refused to even try to give an estimate. Being that I only live around the corner, and remembering that this is her craft I kept an open mind that this could be the process. Once returning, she greeted me with a suprised "oh" and begrudgingly looked at my shoes. The boots she deemed possible for her to refresh, though bothered by the process. But for my shoes she proceeded to tell me I must like them, and that it seemed like a tough job. The glue was barely coming away from the sole! I try my best to support all of the local businesses on park row, but her attitude is uncalled for. If you need a shoe repair, look elsewhere. This owner clearly does not care for business."
