"We found out last minute that we needed a place for our dogs to stay because the owners of the place we are staying at had just let us know that the dogs weren’t allowed due to the owner’s severe pet allergy! We were back and forth the whole time because she is located kind of far away from us, and out of the way of where we are heading for our vacation, but we didn’t have many options since it was just the day before, and she was understanding the entire time! We ended up putting a deposit down, but someone closer to us became available with spots, and it was going to be so much easier on us so she gave us a full refund which she didn’t have to do!! We appreciate how kind and understanding she was when she didn’t have to be! I would highly recommend booking with her because she is super sweet and I’m sure our dogs would’ve loved staying with her!!"
