"This was the WORST stay ever. The beds had cigarette burns in the sheets. There was paint peeling from the walls. There was mold in the shower. The blanket they provided was thin as paper. The heater did not work and it was 25 degrees outside!! When I went to check out there was two more guests infront of me with the same complaints! One was even leaving a day earlier because of the no heat! They also wouldn’t refund her any of the money she paid for two nights, when she only stayed one!"

"Never stay here. My boyfriend and I reserved a hotel room here for the weekend. We got there at 3 and were given the keys to our room. Our room was absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were torn and the covers had holes all over. The pillow was ripped and the bed had stains. We went down and asked for a new room. It took an hour for them to give us a new room that was worse than the first. The bed was even more stained and the ceilings had water stains. To top it off the room was infested with bugs. We eventually left and had to drive an hour for a new hotel. We never got a refund and they were very unhelpful. I can’t express this enough, never stay here. I usually don’t leave reviews, and we are both college students who live in dorm rooms. We did not expect a 5 star resort. However, this hotel should be shut down immediately."

"I didn't even get the room I requested be matter of fact I got stuck between someone that said his bed was crawling with bed bugs and a couple that smoked pot every few minutes. The pillows are flat, the pool wasn't even opened, all ice machines was out of order, the floors was nasty. My husband is injured and they gave us an upstairs room instead of downstairs. Next time I'll drive an extra 20 minutes for better service and even breakfast is served at the other location."
