I ask for assistance one night told me for what I read the email also reached out to the broker he never responded this was the worse place I was supposed to be trained for two I sat at my laptop while the two was supposed to me training me worked no one ever asked if I was comfortable alone I hated this place"

"No One Listens At Nolan. This is what Nolan stands for Their communication is terrible. They expect you to communicate with there costumers to get all information about pick up and drop offs. You know it’s a trash company when there own customers complain about them saying how they don’t like Nolan I would get to know there customers then take those accounts away from them. It’s not hard. I’ve already taken a few loads away from then"

"Horrible company to work with. Many reviews that say, companies get burned on tracking, they are crooks the won't tell you weather or not your on tracking. Sat over 8 hours and we had got nothing for it. Ellen (Broker REP) replied with "how come you didn't tell us you didn't receive a tracking request." how are we supposed to know if our driver is tracking through there tracking apps? Don't waste your time there crooks like most brokers are."

"I wish I could leave a negative amount of stars. First off, let me say that I absolutely loved my position and this company did make me realize I have a passion for logistics. However, no matter how much you love a job, mistreatment should NOT be tolerated. I worked in the Nashville office where favoritism is a MAJOR issue and leadership is terrible. I worked there for 11 months and Bailey Cox is the one I had the biggest issue with. She is terribly rude and degrading. Very unprofessional. By the time she was my supervisor, I had been with the company several months and knew quite a bit of what I was doing but when I did ask for help- she blew it off or told me she wouldn't help. I finally started asking for help from co-workers (which most of the coworkers were fantastic and lovely to work with). Bailey has basically done inappropriate acts to make her way up the corporate ladder, allowing her to do little to no work. Management as a whole doesn't really show appreciation. I absolutely loved the job, but it's certain people within the company that made it unbearable thus I left."
