The patient was awarded $641,000 in damages and the dentist's license was suspended. The false posting by "Sam Mackenzie" was not made by a patient. "I don't know how Dr. David Eggleston is still in practice. I had a horrible experience at his office, he has caused irreversible damage to many of my teeth, and he has neglected treatment he should have done. I know of at least 8 other patients who have similar issues as me, and I am so disappointed that he is still able to practice. In my opinion, he should not be able to practice dentistry. Please beware of this man. He has ruined my teeth and I am currently in the process of getting everything redone thanks to him. The dental board needs to do a better job to regulate dentists like him."
