"If you look up due diligence you might see a picture of Dr Scott and his staff. I recently started coming to this dentist and almost immediately I was able to tell that their approach is extremely different from most dentists. With Dr Scott I felt that his priority was making sure that I was healthy, that my teeth were healthy, and teaching me preventative measures to ensure they stayed healthy so I could avoid unnecessary visits. Unlike most dentists he wasn’t looking to make the most $ off of me. I will be coming back to this dentist for a long long time. "Used to be a great dentist that I highly recommended to family but looks like he has lost his way recently. His staff is careless and doesn't want to work, or make new customers. His only dental assistant has always had a bad attitude. The Dr. must be bi-polar as one day he's friendly and the other day he is flipping out. After telling him we won't be coming back anymore, he decided to call my daughters orthodontist to gossip about us and why we decided to no longer use his services. Great Job sir! Not very professional but don't worry, We wont be sending any more family members here for dental work."

"Dr. Walter Hashimoto and Scott Hashimoto Father and Son . I started there when I was a child and when I had children Dr. Walter Hashimoto was mine and my children dentist and I use to see Scott there before he became a dentist following in his fathers foot steps. His father has retired and I have not been in touch lately but Scott is just as amazing as his father with more patience and great work . I have known them for 40 years and you could not ask for a better dentist . In fact I use to have lunch with his father we became friends and he gave me good advise and wisdom that I carry till this day . Thank you Walter for all the years of service and great dentistry you provided and Scott keep up the good work your awesome Della Estrada"

"I am a Veteran who just moved to Fremont. I don't normally write any bad reviews since I know that people have their bad days but when I called on Thursday June 3rd 2021 around 3pm, to ask to be a new patient, the receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. This review is purely for the receptionist and not at all against Dr. Hashimoto. I have heard good things about Dr. Hashimoto from family and friends. I called their office today hoping to make an appointment as a new patient. She kept cutting me off, and when I tried to finish my sentence to actually explain my situation, she said "calm down" and refuse to answer me. She was very short with her answers and had a tone of voice which clearly meant she did not want to speak with me at all! This woman is so unprofessional, I am surprised she has a job there with the way she speaks to patients and future patients. I did nothing to deserve such treatment, I am always super nice with people and feel bad for them but this woman deserves no compassion at all. I have never been seen by Dr. Hashimoto and this review in no way reflects him, however he should really be careful with the people he hires as talking to this disrespectful woman turned me off to this place of business. I was unable to ask for her name but if I knew it, I'd definitely call her out. My call was to be a new patient of Dr Hashimoto, if somehow, someone do call me back and I start being seen as a patient, I will personally let Dr Hashimoto know how whoever 'mans the phone' when he is out of the office treats his prospective patients!
