I have a very complicated and specific insurance plan that I myself did not understand, and she made sure that we both understood my options by calling my insurance company, printing out paperwork and sitting down with me despite the fact they were not a "preferred provider " for me. I can only assume that all the staff is this kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
