"Whoever is the owner of this pharmacy needs to investigate why no one answers the phone when calling and the drive thru is a joke they're always short of staff. This is not fair to the customers. If you can't serve the customers as a whole close the pharmacy down"

"It has taken 4-5 days to fill my urgent prescriptions several times. There has been so much turnover with the staff that I barely know anyone there."

"I'm quite literally writing this as I sit, listening to the calling tone, just as I've been doing for nearly ten minutes at this point, and this has happened to me every hour on the hour for four hours. This pharmacy is a joke. I wish I could give it zero stars. I've been waiting to pick up a vital medication all day and I can't get anyone to answer me as to whether it's there/ready/not there... As soon as I post this, I'm hanging up and switching to another pharmacy. Absolutely horrendous. Don't bother attempting to contact them. It won't do you any good."

"The service used to be good. The newer employees don't seem to care or understand what they are doing. Yesterday they told me I had to wait until the next day to get my antibiotics, I explained I had an infection all weekend and really needed to start them. He said it would be thirty minutes, it was about six thirty they close at seven. He said it would be thirty minutes. A co worker spoke to him and suddenly my records disappeared and they said they had to call tech."

"My prescriptions are never renewed on time. Whenever I call in they tell me I'm "early but we will see if your insurance accepts it" My insurance always miraculously accepts whatever they send, even though my insurance wouldn't if I was truly calling my prescription in early. They need to find a better excuse."
