"Extremely Unpleasant Experience with Publix Pharmacists Brandi and Lena I had the misfortune of dealing with Publix pharmacists Brandi and Lena recently, and I must say it was an utterly dreadful experience. I went to pick up a prescription after being told by Brandi to return in 2 hours. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that they didn't have the medication at all. To add insult to injury, when I expressed my genuine need for the medication, Brandi and Lena were shockingly condescending and rude. Instead of offering any helpful solutions or showing empathy, they seemed more interested in making me feel like an inconvenience. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a place that is supposed to prioritize the health and well-being of its customers. I expected better service from Publix, but Brandi and Lena's behavior left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope that Publix addresses these issues promptly, as such behavior is entirely unacceptable in a customer service-oriented industry."

"Ive been at every pharmacy and just switched over to Publix-- recently lost my health insurance. A very nice Pharmacist helped me today and set me up with the good RX discount, explained the new medications to me, and was overall a kind person. It cut the price of my prescriptions in half compared to CVS and Walgreens, even with good RX being used at previous facilities. It makes a difference! (:"

"They are severely understaffed. They need the pharmacist to do scripts and customer care.they need separate people to give flu shots, because the pharmacy staff can not fill orders if they are doing flu shots.Several times I have had to wait the next day for my prescription. One time they could not fully fill a complete order of my antibiotics. Today I had received a sharp attitude and told they can't fill my script till tmw. Also it is absolutely freezing where the wait area is . All that remodeling with no change in waiting area.it were not for the staffing problem I would have given 1 star."
