Vanderbilt Outpatient Pharmacy at The Vanderbilt Clinic

"Worst pharmacy experience. Every time I have been here it has been an uphill battle to pick up my medication. I got a text that my prescription was ready for pick up. I went there today to pick it up but it was not ready. Then they said I need to wait for 30 minutes to prepare it. I wait 30 minutes and I go to the counter to pick it up and I am told they could not access my insurance info and I will need to wait for another 30 minutes for my medication to get ready. I seriously thought I am in a candid camera joke. I am changing my pharmacy."

"Deserves a -10. The worst pharmacy ever. They dud not ship my medicine and when I called, they couldn’t even tell me why it was not shipped. They said they were sending it by express carrier and it could be as late as 8-9 p.m. when it arrived. I told them that would be fine. It’s now 9:25 p.m. and no sign of them and no way to get in touch with them until Monday morning. I have enough insulin for tonight, and tomorrow, which is Saturday, and then I am completely out. They couldn’t care less. Stay away from this pharmacy. Extreme incompetence."

"No call no show. This pharmacy allowed my prescription to expire and backorder. They did not offer to help in any way. I am a diabetic and depend on my prescriptions to live. I had to do with out thanks to them! Please do not use this pharmacy as they do not communicate."
