"THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THIS PARTICULAR PHARMACY, ARE VERY!! VERY!! IMPERSONAL! THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING!! THEY ARE ONLY CONCENTRATING ON FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS, THAT'S IT!! THERE ARE NO SMILE'S! THEY DON'T SEEM TO APPRECIATE YOU FOR USING KROGER PHARMACY!! WHAT SO EVER! AND IT'S VERY! VERY! SAD!"

"I visited this location to pick up vitamins and prescription for elderly aunt. There was only one gentleman to provide service. I asked for vitamins not on shelf and he explained he was the only staff available and could not leave to check for me -although there were no other customers in line. I stated I would just go to Walgreens and explained I hope someone else comes in to help provide assistance to customers (who are mostly elderly customers). The person was not very courteous. My aunt warned me of the horrible customer service. Perhaps, customer service training would be helpful. There is a need for this pharmacy in the community."

"I work at a Dr.'s office and placed a curtesy call for a patient to check on a medication that was sent to the pharmacy 06/07/2022. I was placed on hold 3 separate times, one while I was giving her the DOB. When she finally returned to the phone, she had an attitude, and stated that they had received the script from the Dr. Office on 06/07/2022 but they were waiting for the patient to call and give them authorization to fill it. I questioned this as first of all, I have never heard such nonsense, and secondly why on earth would a Dr. Office call in a script for the patient if they had not been in contact with them. I understand that things have changed a LOT since Covid, but this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!"

"Every time we call or go to the pharmacy to talk to somebody the front counter girl is rude. She doesn't answer questions or grudgingly does so with an attitude. Even though we are the patients trying to figure out if our medication has been filled she will act as if it is a burden on her to do her job she was hired for. Once when I was physically at the location to pick up my wife's prescription I asked her if my medication came through from my doctor. She said she had already talked to my wife on the phone. Apparently that was easier than telling me whether or not my medication came through. I had to ask three more times before she would tell me. I believe her name is Kiki. If not, that's what she said her name was when asked. I highly recommend going to Walgreens over this Pharmacy. Actually, almost ANY OTHER Kroger Pharmacy functions better than the pharmacy on Cleveland. For some reason they just can't get customer service right. And then, they will berate you if you act like you need the information you are legally entitled to."

"The staff here can’t ever fill my medication the first time I call. I am currently experiencing withdraw symptoms because when I called over the weekend to refill my prescription they couldn’t find it on file. Called today (before my provider’s office was open) and they found the two refills, so it’s not like they contacted the provider to get another script..this Kroger pharm staff is just incompetent."
