"I was visiting Cathedral City. I had a tooth in pain that my dentist said was likely fractured and should be pulled. The pain became so severe that I needed help on vacation. So lucky I did. The office staff was friendly and very informative from the beginning. They gave me pricing and squeezed me in the next morning. Dr. Ovanesian and his staff really care about their patients. He looked at the x-ray and when I told him they wanted to pull the tooth he looked surprised and shook his head. He highlighted areas of the x-ray and explained the issue. No fracture -- root canal needed to be redone. He then made a call and had an endodontist squeeze me in an hour later. They redid the root canal same day. Pain gone within hours. I cannot thank Dr. Ovanesian and his staff enough. If I lived here, or was a snow bird, they would definitely be my first choice!"

"I have been going to Southwest Dental for about ten years. Dr. Ovanisian has done fillings, caps and an extraction (of a wisdom tooth!) for me. His work is excellent. He takes the time to make sure it is right. His staff has changed over time, but the assistants all seem to have good skills and be knowledgeable. They are also friendly. The office staff is also great to work with. They know how to keep the place well-organized. I have never had to wait beyond my appointment time. In the rare instances when I have had a problem, I was able to get an appointment fairly rapidly. I highly recommend this dental practice. You will be given an honest assessment of your dental needs. You do not need to fear that you are being talked into unnecessary dental work."
