"DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS A DEBIT CARD NUMBER. We paid for a relatives medication. We told them three times it was a one time transaction. We told them not to save the card. They did anyway. They charged our card the next month. We called to get them to remove the card. They said they did. They did not. They proceeded to charge it again two days later. Then we were out the money until they could fix it. It took days and several phone calls. Very unprofessional and rude. Not worth the hassle to do business with them."
"I've been using Midtown Express for several years since they are one of few compounding pharmacies in the area, and both my husband and I purchase compounded substances from them. I visited them a few times in person but don't recommend that as they are inside a hospital complex. I've gotten lost navigating my way from and to them, but then I've never done well with hospital complexes and their parking garages! So that's more my problem and not theirs. ;-) Now I have them mail our prescriptions. It doesn't cost extra, and I SO appreciate the convenience. They've been easy to work with, and I highly recommend them!"

Within a few minutes of me leaving my appointment Midtown Express called to give me thorough information on how to use my meds and to say they ship free of charge. Even better the very next day by 11am I had my meds complete with simple instruction. They even add a thank you card with step by step detail on how to leave a review on google. I wish more companies were this professional."
