One Love Barber Shop

"I always love giving my business to black owned anything, but this is just not it. I came in as a walk in and waited for two hours and $50 dollars short after this terrible cut. I hate when barbers try to use paint to cover up their mistakes because the proof will always reveal itself. I felt like Johnny rushed and again it shows. I asked for the cut that you see me in my jersey and the results show in the opposing two photos. I’m extremely disappointed considering I’ve got a show that I have to go to and now I’ve got to cut my hair completely off so it can grow back evenly. If there was zero stars for this review that’s what it would’ve been."

"Lost much respect for this place last time I went my son ear was all cut up and head. I let it go and went back today and was told to wait for one of next guy without appointment I said ok, an hour later the barber asked if I was ready and what I'm looking for and I said fade a little off top for my son he is 2 years old he said of never mind I though it was for you I need to take my time and I don't have time rite now and all he did was sit and be on his phone. And mind you this was after the boss told them if they had appointments and they said no and said it was for my little guy. Not sure if this was a race thing seeing as I was only Hispanic inn there and all the black guys where taken rite inn but they could have said from start we are not confident enough to do a child instead of making me wait hour and half for nothing I ended up walling out. I have 3 boys I would take my to older ones here but not anymore they lost 3 customers may not be much for them but I hope others will follow and understand."

"Waited for more than hour n half. And completely ignored. Thanks Bryan (barber) for atleast noticing and even asked open barber that hey this guy is been waiting for a long time. Other available barber just didn’t listen to him and took next guy who barely walked in. Very sad. This is not ONE LOVE."

"I honestly have seen every barber in this shop cut hair and they are ALL AWESOME! I personally take my son to Jessie. He is so good with my kid. He always makes him laugh and they are so comfortable with each other. Jessie always hooks my son up and always makes sure he leaves out that door looking fly as ever (smelling good too). Jessie makes every effort to get my son in even when it may be last minute. He is definitely appreciated. The vibe throughout the shop is so welcoming and friendly as well. Jessie, you’re the man!"

"Located a little off the beaten path, you'll find people in the shop that are welcoming, respectfull and classy. I brought my two sons for a much needed cut and for the first time ever they didn't scream or cry while getting there cut. The wait time was reasonable (20 min) and the staff was atentive to the needs of the person in the chair, as well as the individuals waiting."
