"What can I say about this place? I had seen it several times on my way to work and it looked clean and well lit from the outside. So I thought I might give it a try on my day off. First, the address listed on Google was wrong and the phone number is missing. I discovered this the hard way because I used Google Maps and GMaps took me to the listed address which was a few blocks away. There was no parking available in front so I had to park a few blocks in to one of the neighborhoods. After I walked to the address I realized what happened. So right off the bat I knew for sure that they make no effort to keep their public information up to date. Once I found the shop at the correct address I was happy to see that they were in a small shopping center with parking. I was planning on telling the lone, female barber what happened but she had just sat down a new client. The new client had really short hair on the sides and back so that it was more scalp than hair. He probably had a 1 on top so I figured that this would be a quick cut. It an hour and a half and the only visible change was that he had a bald band that wrapped around his head. In the meantime, he took over 20 calls while she was "cutting" his hair and she never addressed it to him and instead pulled out her phone and surfed the net. She also flirted with him and flattered his ego by asking him questions about what he was doing (all the while not cutting his hair). I had requested a general update of their Google street address using a map feature but I was never able to interrupt their activities to get the real address. I regret even making that update. I feel it would be a disservice to enable anyone to go there. There were 3 of us waiting for a haircut at that time. Once she finished cutting the bald man's hair I opted to walk out. I think it was a lack of respect in not valuing my time or that of the other 2 guys that were waiting. So I walked out and jumped into my car which was parked immediately in front of the door and left. I respect myself more than that instead of putting up with terrible service."
