Lotus Nails Spa

"As a customer, I find Amy to be rude and unappreciative. I have been going there for about a year, and the prices are never consistent, they are different each time I visit, and exceed normal prices. One time, they charged $100 for a pedicure and manicure with gel color. After considering $100 to be excessive, I only left a $2.00 tip. Amy was upset with that amount and asked, "Is that all you’re going to give me?” This last time I asked a simple question and Amy was extremely rude not allowing me to ask the question. For the amount they charge, they should at least have a better attitude, and treat customers with respect. I have decided to go elsewhere where my money will be appreciated. Last but not least, nails seem to be quite easy to break too."

"Came here two separate times. I got my pedicure by Ariel. Very sweet and pays attention to the smallest details. Any overflow on the cuticle she'll make sure to fix it before you leave. Fairly priced with todays inflation. They weren't pushy nor pressuring you to add on any services. Very upfront with their price. Reason I didn't give the place 5 stars all together is because when I returned to get a full set (my usual nail tech was unavailable) I was hoping to try a new shape. I normally get really long nails. As the nail tech began to put the acyclic on the nails I realized I didn't like the shape. I had originally asked for almond I later asked her if she can cut them short. for a few minutes we couldn't understand each other she said she had already files the sides making them narrow so she wouldn't be able to make it a square shape. Which makes perfect sense, so I asked for a short coffin. The rest of the nail appointment was a little awkward because the nail shop had all turned to look at us and they began to talk amongst each other, she did apologize for getting frustrated and getting a little loud.. My nails and toes came out great!!"

"They are very gental and nice. The nails are a bit pricey but they look and FEEL amazing not like gage or other places. they didnt cut me or made me bleed. I didnt know what color to get and they help me insted of getting mad at me. They let me record for my youtube channel! which was nice"
