"Came here for a cut yesterday and the barber didn't even give me the right haircut. I wanted a normal fade and he gave me a high skin fade that barely looked faded at all plus he doesn't know how to fade a beard. He was dancing and taking pics of his Starbucks instead of focusing on the cut, the first time i came here i got a good cut but this time is the last time I'll be coming here unfortunately . Also got a rash on my side burns where he was using the foil shaver. Was most likely not cleaned & its now irritated and red"

"I drive my elderly parents out for fun once a month while getting manicures and haircuts. 2days ago, when we are eating at Westminster, I googled and found a nearby barber shop with an online rating of 4.8, and did not hesitate to take my 80 year old parents there for a haircut. They all have good hair , and every barbershop says it's easy to trim and style. I showed them the original photo of my parents and said just cut it like this. The boss said no problem. very quick , my parents both finished their hair while everyone else in the chair was trimming. My mom's looking are fine, my dad's sideburns are too short and can't be corrected anymore. In that moment, I thought it was not being as good as my own trimming …….But looking at the shy and extremely young hairdresser, I'm really embarrassed to say NO, just let him cut off some uneven hair on the top of dad’s head. My mom paid $30 for a haircut and my dad also charged $30. Of course , in addition, I gave them some tips always . During these 2days,every one from my family and friends who has seen my father’s hair says it’s ugly and there’s no reason to match this price ! I can't accept my father's hair every day….I recalled that the business in their store was not bad, maybe the boss arranged for a new hand to serve my dad at that time~ According to common sense, the fee you pay should be proportional to the time and quality of the service...Unfortunately, this store hasn’t such service, much less fairness shown. I wish that everyone can meet fair treatment and good haircuts in this store."
