"The customer base has grown beyond their capacity to care for people. I repeatedly have problems getting appointments, it takes months be seen, and rescheduling is a nightmare. Several times staff have said they will put me on a waitlist to get in, and then nothing ever happens. Health care facilities need availability to service people. That is basic. Perhaps popularity is a reflection of quality, and I certainly like Dr. O'Brien, but what use is quality when you can't even get care when you need it? In the past, I have referred friends and family here. My wife recently got tired of the poor service and found care somewhere else. I stuck with it because I have been coming here for 15 years.
