"This is the only chipotle where one miserable employee charges you for every little thing against what the chipotle app says. Used to come here all the time getting my burrito bowl with my sauces to the side due to me living 15 minutes away, wanting to warm up my bowl without having soggy sauces on top. I always ask for sour cream, red salsa and fresh salsa to the side but if you don’t put it on your bowl they’ll charge you for it even though on the chipotle app every bowl is allowed up to 3 sauces for free. Lady charged me 1.60 for half a cup of salsa what a joke. Everytime I come in she runs over to see what she can overcharge you’ll never be the manager I promise lol."

"I have never been angry at a service worker before. I never yell. I have never left a review before. This was the first time a restaurant has made me angry to the point of physical distress. The boy working the front gave me a queef of chicken and when I asked for a little more he charged me double. They are consistently out of everything and due to that, they constantly give you portions that represent a depression era hospice care. My friend wanted to use the bathroom and got shut down by the manager even after buying his meal. The anger I feel towards the franchise and the people working there is an anger I thought only possible by someone with deep psychological issues. This Chipotle is the reason why I drink and I still will never forget. Guac was good."

"Out of most items with about an hour left before closing. The boy that was going to make my bowl said what they had out was what they had, then when I asked about the items on the counter behind him he said they had those. Then I asked about beans because I couldn't see all the items and he copped an attitude with "that's why I said the items that are here are what we have". Why even have operating hours if you are just going to close things down so early."

"This location let us down with very small burritos & bowls about 65% of any of well into the hundreds of times my family & myself have eaten at numerous locations so we probably won't get short changed by 35% so profits with be better. The problem is that the people that I bought lunch for complained that the portions did not fill their stomach only at the location in old Town Orange so No we will never return to this location."
