"This place is a joke. Every time I try black businesses I get disappointed. They are fraud and rip you off while smiling in your face. The guy spent an hour in my hair and I see no change. He didn’t give me the haircut I wanted and they never said they charge cash and no where it was there the sign for cash only. He asked for cash and asked me to pay tax. Don’t go to this place. The people here are bad, rip you off, and don’t care about your hair."

"Extremely disappointed in this business. I used to come here and had a barber named Al. Cool guy, always gave a solid cut. I walk in and come to find out that Al doesn’t work there anymore, I call Al and he apologizes for not telling me and I said no worries. I asked the available barber at the shop if he could cut my hair and he asked what kind of haircut and after I told him, he brought me in. All I said was “sorry man, I thought Al worked here but I just got off the phone with him and he works in Pittsburgh now”. The barber rudely responded, “I’m not Al, if you wanna talk to Al, go talk to Al” I was honestly shocked that a grown man couldn’t comprehend that I just said I talked to him. As I was trying to say “I know I was just saying I talked to him, I know you’re not Al” the barber repeated, “I’m not Al”. At this point, I don’t know if the barber had a personality disorder or if he had a problem with Al, but as I was about to sit down, he said “forget it, get out of the shop. I already told you I wasn’t Al” I’ve never seen someone trip so much over something that clearly was not a problem in the first place. Never coming back here and honestly they should fire that barber, or maybe get him some help. Dude seriously has attitude issues and maybe even some mental issues."

"A young fellow named Ham and Cheese cut my hair. I asked for a "tight fade." This is well known style. I was given a very mediocre cut without a proper hairline trim. Instead the barber used a black pencil to create the line, and essentially color in my hair where recedes. I did not ask for this! It was essentially fake cut.I was also charged $50! This cut is normally $30 plus tip. If you use this shop, get really specific with the barber, and do not let Ham and Cheese use a pencil on you....unless you want it."
