"I wanted to buy three pairs of creepers. I do not remember if my creeper size was 8, 8.5 or 9. I understand they do orders online but I was hoping for the best fit. I came to corporate office so many pairs of shoes but was not allowed to try a size fitment before ordering. So no order. I just want to order the correct size and the receptionist was very unhelpful."

"I have been a fan and a customer for years now, NO MORE, many times in the last 3 months I places orders only to get a generic reply saying that there was an inventory miscount and your SOL. That’s 1, The main reason is I placed 2 orders 2 weeks ago, first was for a pink and a green pair, I received a red, white and blue parlor also the shoes were defected, they couldn’t get wet, I was told to send them back as soon as you do I’ll refund you money, while waiting fir my refund I ordered and received 3 new pair, these all were defected as well, I was told the same ship them back we will refund now, they did not refund any thing, I’m in Florida and the hurricane hit and fed ex lost all my returning shoes, Tuk rep said I’d have to wait till fed ex found them. I’m out 5 pair of shoes and I’m out over 409 dollars… this is shady practice, tgese shoes aren’t cheap.. what do they care they took my money and don’t answer any emails I continue to send. This is how a good customer is mistreated for no fault of my own.. so disappointed!!"

"Don’t expect this to be an actual store! And the employees are not friendly and will not offer any solutions as to where you can purchase! They might have even been a little rude! Avoid this place and purchase your creepers anywhere else but here!"

"I have wanted a pair of creepers for a long time but I always thought they looked so uncomfortable and had no clue what my size was. I finally bit the bullet when I saw the velvet ones and found out shipping was free and they were here locally in SD. I received my order in 2 business days. Not only do they fit perfectly, I'm absolutely amazed by how comfortable they are with zero rubbing. I wore them to Knott's Berry Farm yesterday and brought bandaids just in case. I never needed them and felt like I could walk for days. I'm definitely sold on the brand and look forward to purchasing more!"

"Sooo door was open but no one at the front desk. I heard people but no one came out. I thought this place at least sold some shoes, but I believe its just a warehouse for distributing. Its super hard to find given the signage is not facing the street but facing the parking. Dont come here thinking to buy anything, just make the trip to LA its easier. Practically giving this place a zero because well i wasn't serviced at all. If anybody knows where you can buy shoes here in San Diego give me a heads up! thanks!"
