"Mario if you don’t regularly do 19.5” tires don’t take the job. And check the schedule before you say come in Let’s do it! 4 hours for 4 tires. Mario quoted mount and balance. But they have No balancing machine here. Charged me for balancing all they did was put bags of stuff into the tires like the old days. No choice but to come back next day as SS lug nut covers were installed wrong. All the original wheel weights weren’t removed. During fix from previous day Mario found 3 lugs that hadn’t been tightened day before. Just noticed today 3 days later. Can’t air up inner tire due to incorrect placement. Going back again let’s see if they can get it right 3rd time. And don’t call me Boss. I’m not your boss that seems rude disrespectful to me. And the saying No Worries You sadly need to have Worries leaving here. My bad for not checking website first. 17” tires is as high as it goes. Happy Trails Les Schwab Fontana. You failed big Time! Went back to give them a chance to make it right. They weren’t interested. Google and Yelp reviews stay"
"A team member, Shane, met me at the front door and immediately took my car in to have my tire repaired. Shane quickly fixed two tires, checked my brakes, checked my tire pressure and fixed my alignment. As a first time customer, he was able to do all of this free of charge and his only request was to consider Les Schwab for my future car maintenance needs. I will definitely be visiting Les Schwab at this location again, Thanks Shane!"
