"BEWARE! Awful customer service from the owner himself! Purchased set of tires "with warranty", which included rotation when they were Rancho Tires. I Took my vehicle in for a rotation and they wouldn't honor my warranty because there is "new" ownership despite the "owner" himself helping me. Here's my thought, the previous company went bankrupt and he continued business under a new name. Sometimes their used tires are bad."

"I am doing this review on behalf of my mother bad experience as she was there to get new tires, after tires were installed, she noticed there was a lot of vibration on the car, she went back to Smart tires and they checked balancing on the tires and said that it was something else, that was surprising for my mom, as vibration did not happen before new tires. My mom ended up going to just tires, they re balance all tires again and they told her that balance wasn’t done properly. There is no vibration in her car. We are very dissatisfied with Smart tires lacking level of knowledge."
