"Absolutely awful haircut for my son. Never seen something like this. Lady was cold and unprofessional. Haircut was done so bad, that my boy couldn’t went to school next day. The haircut is the whole curve and uneven , whole pieces are cut out in some places. Lady did not even communicate with me or my son, she cut him in less than 10 minutes. Although my son has a lot of hair. Avoid this place please."
"RUINED MY HAIR big time. Manager used toxic hair coloring wrong color and left it on too long, then forgot the timer and lied about it. One cannot lighten hair once it’s too dark so I am stuck with the color and lost tons of hair due to the toxicity. The haircut also was terrible. I have curly hair and looked like I had a ball on my head. Awful experience. Unethical place to boot. The staff blocked my ability to contact the owner, but will still file complaint at state level."
