"My husband dropped off my Christian Louboutin ankle boots on Wednesday, offered to pay extra to have the red bottoms repaired by Saturday, was told there was no need to pay extra, and was assured by the owner they’d be ready by Saturday at 9am, as I needed to wear them Saturday night. I arrived at 12 pm on Saturday and was told by the girl at the front they needed to be trimmed by the owner who is out of town. I told her I needed them for my Friend’s birthday and asked to see my boots. She then brings them to me and they haven’t been touched. Not only do they not need to be just trimmed, they haven’t even been started. She goes on to explain that there was a misunderstanding and that they were placed in the completed pile and never even seen by the owner as she was sure he assumed they were completed, admitting she lied to my face. Unbelievable. DO not do here! This place is a joke."

"Did not expect to be yelled at and condescended at a family owned business by the owner himself. Warped the leather on my heels with glue, hammered visible nails into the shoe, and got greased finger marks all over the beige leather. We really did not need the full refund (like the owner condescendingly suggested was what we wanted all along), we just wanted an honest cobbler who was realistic about what was possible before hammering nails into the shoe. If you did not have the skill to put the shoe back together like how the manufacturer did, at least don’t scream at us. Get nails into your Louboutins here! And screamed at on your way out:)"

"I'm a first time customer. I had high expectations based on all the ratings and I very much want to support local and small businesses. I had 2 pairs of favorite shoes that needed to be repaired. It was busy the afternoon I dropped off the shoes. I told the person helping me what I needed done. I was told to pay in advance for the work to be done, which I thought was kind of odd, but I did as requested and I helped by showing them that their pay terminal accepted Google Pay, not just Apple Pay, and I said they could take their time getting the work done, and they did, almost a week! Other customers were requesting their repairs be done sooner than told and next day service. I return on the day I was told the shoes would be ready in the afternoon about 2 hours before closing, no other customers were around, and the person who helped me was completely uncertain where my shoes were! In fact he could only eventually find one shoe at a time! It took so long to find them, I had to go back to my car several times to check on those waiting for me in the car. Then when he finally found both pairs one shoe at a time, I noticed that the replacement laces I requested on one shoe missing laces was not there! I pointed that out, and instead of making amends and say how they were going to take care of that, he just made excuses for why the person who helped me didn't write that down on the tiny ticket, and he wasn't going to even try and get the replacement laces! So I paid in advance for for what I thought I was getting, and didn't get it! Worse, they were actually unwilling to make this right. Really disappointing, awkward, and unexpected how I was treated like maybe my shoes weren't the quality they wanted to deal with, and they weren't interested in making things right, and for whatever reason I didn't deserve the same level of service?"

"They are professional and do great job. I took 3 pairs of Italian shoes there, two of them were boots and were my favorites. They were comfortable and unique. I wore them so much for so many years that they were falling apart yet I was not ready to let go of them. I thought to give it a shot to have them fixed. I found this amazing place and I am so pleased with the work they did. My dead boots came alive again. Great job and great customer service!"
